YUUNIQ Health is a preventive-health platform that combines lab results, wearable data, and AI analysis to help individuals and clinicians understand and improve health. It’s designed for health-conscious users, doctors, and partner labs
Download the YUUNIQ app, sign up with your email, and enter the registration code sent by email after booking a health checkup. Complete your profile and quesiniare to unlock full features.
The YUUNIQ app is a central tool that helps you better understand and track your health. In addition to your lab results, you can add your own habitual parameters, such as sleep, exercise, and nutrition data, to the app. These parameters are also made available to your primary care physician. Your personal digital health assistant, SIDIS, explains your blood values in an understandable way and provides personalized recommendations so you can take preventative measures together with your primary care physician. Using YUUNIQ without our app is possible but not recommended.
You will visit your GP's office on your scheduled appointment for a blood draw. If this is your first time having one of our vital blood test packages tested, you will receive a one-time registration code from the MPA, which you can use to verify your identity in the YUUNIQ app. The MPA will then take a blood draw. After the blood draw, you can leave the office. Your blood sample will be sent directly to the laboratory for processing.
The cost of a vital blood test package varies depending on the biomarkers tested and your insurance coverage. You can submit the reimbursement receipts from the lab to your health insurance provider as usual. Your health insurance provider reviews vital blood test packages individually and contributes to the costs depending on your insurance plan.

If your lab results in the YUUNIQ app show any concerning results after the blood draw, you will be notified immediately by your primary care physician to discuss the results and initiate further tests or treatments if necessary. Your primary care physician can suggest targeted measures to improve your health, enhance your quality of life, and minimize potential risks.
The frequency of blood draws depends on your individual health profile, the vital blood test packages tested, and the recommendations of your primary care physician. For comprehensive health monitoring, it may be beneficial to have regular blood tests, approximately every 3 to 6 months. Your primary care physician will recommend a suitable schedule based on your specific needs and health goals. Regular blood draws help you and your primary care physician detect changes early so you can take preventative measures.
Some tests require fasting (typically 8–12 hours). The app shows preparation requirements on your booking and sends reminders. Continue prescribed meds unless your doctor advises otherwise.
Most results are ready within 24–72 hours. You’ll get a push/email notification and can view interactive charts, ranges and commentary in the app.
